? Sleep at least seven hours a day. Sleep as much as you can, but not more than ten hours (oversleeping is not very good as well as under-sleeping).
? Drink a lot of water or other liquids (not alcoholic, not chemical containing) every day. You can just drink four cups of green tea a day and additional glass of water in the morning and in the evening. Try to reduce intake of coffee by twice as little.
? Reduce the intake of processed foods as much as you can, but don?t refuse eating sweets and fries at all if you really like them. Eat an apple, a carrot or an orange a day. If you like cereals, eat any porridge every morning.
? Take some quality calcium magnum and zinc containing food supplements is it is winter or early spring.
And don?t forget to cleanse your skin every day! I promise you that in a month you won?t recognize your clear and radiant skin in the mirror.
